Well, Lazy Susan fans, the cat has been out of the bag for a few weeks on the medias of social, but we figured it’s time to officially announce things here on the website. If you haven’t heard yet, we’ve recorded our seventh full length album, and we’re set to release it at Icehouse in Minneapolis on Thursday, November 5th!
The album will officially hit the streets and streaming services on October 23, and we’ll be announcing the pre-order information here and on our socials as soon as we have it. We’re super excited about how this album came out and we can’t wait to celebrate it with you. The image we show here is the cover art, drawn by our buddy Kaptain Karl who always provides amazing drawings to complement our tunes.
In order to give this record its due, we’ve teamed up with two excellent bands for a triple-headlining show at Icehouse. Spike and the Gandy Dancers is the vision of songwriter Peter VanDusartz, and the Toolmasters are a Trip Shakespeare tribute band, and both bands feature LSB members in pivotal roles. Tickets are just $15 in advance, and they’re going fast, so be sure to pick up yours before they’re gone!
